The Steel & Mines Complex web site has now moved to it’s domain – “steelandmines.com”. The full address is http://www.steelandmines.com/. The old links at http://steelandmines.satpathy.org should continue to work too but I suggest you change your bookmarks to point at the new address. The residents of Steel & Mines Complex will celebrate India’s 61st Republic Day on January 26, 2010. Shree T. V. Subba Rao, Flat D-23, will be the Chief Guest and will hoist the Tricolor in the grass island between the twin towers. All residents are requested to attend the celebrations. The Government of India Republic Day web site will webcast the celebrations at New Delhi live on the Internet. The live stream will cover the President’s address to the nation followed by the Republic Day Parade on Rajpath. The webcast will start at 9.25 am on January 26, 2010. Created a new Maps & Directions page for Steel & Mines Complex with links to Google Maps and detailed driving directions. See the About page for a short history of the Steel & Mines Complex by Mr. Roy, and a few photographs. The newly elected Office Bearers have assumed their roles as of Dec 28, 2009. Shri S. N. Puri presided over the elections as the Returning Officer and successfully completed the process with his usual aplomb.
